Moreover, there were 2 questions that I wrote on my own about the unit of diets. These questions are very important. Here you have the answers.

1. What are the basic tips for a balanced diet?
- Eat a variety of food, so it will be easier to obtain a variety of nutrients.
- Avoid free sugar (in cookies, sweets, pastries, chocolate, some cereals for breakfast...)
- Avoid saturated fats (in red meat, butter, sausages...)
- Eat enough fruit and vegetables (5 servings a day).
- Eat enough fiber (in fruits, vegetables and whole wheat bread, etc.)
- Eat enough amount of food to provide enough Kcal according to your age, gender and daily activity.
- Drink enough water (avoid soda, soft drinks and juices that contains added sugar).
- Practice sport is also advisable.

2. Why is it important to have a balanced diet?
- To obtain enough energy (thermal energy for regulating your body temperature, chemical energy for your metabolism and mechanical energy for moving).
- To obtain the nutrients you need for regulating your metabolism (vitamines and minerals) and for growing (proteins and some minerals that act as raw materials).
- To avoid some diseases like obesity, diabetes or lack of vitamines (for exmaple, scurvy, lack of vitamin C).
